Nurture

With Rokt’s Customer Confirmation Emails, you control the content in the body of each email through One Platform. The email header and footer is determined by the ecommerce site upon which your offer appears.

Creating an Email journey

  1. Click on your account on the Home page, then go to the Campaigns > Nurture page from the left navigation menu.
  2. Add a new Nurture and select one of the campaign types that supports these emails (Website Traffic or App Installs).
  3. Define audience and language settings.
  4. Add steps and select Schedule timing.

Note: The first customer confirmation email defaults to send immediately after offer interaction.

  1. Add an email creative.

Email send times#

  1. The confirmation email is sent immediately after offer engagement.
  2. The reminder email has two scheduling options avaliable:
    1. Specific date/time or time elapsed after referral.
    2. By default it will not be sent to customers if they have already converted.

Dynamic fields

Customer details such as event name, details, and location can be leveraged in emails, personalizing the message to the individual. Including dynamic fields often increases engagement rates.

You can include the following dynamic fields via the spreadsheet included in the email. If you decide to include this spreadsheet, we ask that all dynamic fields include a fallback value (Example: Firstname | there).

  4. Mobile
  5. Title
  6. Country
  7. Event date

Tracking URLs

Please provide a consolidated list of tracking URLs for each call to action.
