Advertisers on Rokt leverage data-driven insights to optimize for better campaign performance and customer success; as such, Rokt uses a default 7-day click and view attribution window for ML and optimization purposes.
To succeed on the Rokt network, we recommend advertisers set up with Rokt as they would any other performance channel. New advertisers will be required to integrate suppression data, seed data and close the loop with a persistent identifier (without any filtering), via 1 of the 2 options below:
Full Integration: Connect via CDP, Platform Integrations (like Shopify), Payment Processor or Data Warehouse; OR Close the Loop for 14 days prior to launch with a persistent Customer identifier with Event API, Web SDK
Custom integration: Close the Loop with Event API, Web SDK and import seedlist and suppression list via Import custom audience (API, sFTP, OP, etc.), 3rd party platforms with audience integrations (LiveRamp, mParticle, etc.)
