How are response rate and response time calculated?
Your response rate and response time measure how quickly and consistently you respond to proposals and messages. It's most important to focus on your response rate, which is the percentage of inquiries you respond to. Your response time gives Partners an idea of how quickly they can expect to hear from you.

Your response rate is the percentage of new proposals and messages you responded to within 24 hours in the past 60 days. Your response rate isn't affected by follow-up messages between you and your Partners. You don't have to send the final message in a conversation to maintain your response rate.

Your response time is the average amount of time it took for you to respond to all new messages and proposals in the past 60 days. Your response time isn't affected by follow-up messages between you and your Partners.
