When a customer positively responds to your offer by clicking the positive CTA, a modal or new window is rendered with the application form. See the integrate your application form for step-by-step instructions on this process.
After customers have completed and submitted the form, you can instantly approve the application and redirect customers back to the merchant partner webpage to continue their checkout.
