Tracking past payments
Whether you're curious how much you paid to Catalog for a single shipment or you're reconciling payments for accounting purposes, you'll find everything you need on the Payments page. Navigate to Reports > Payments.

The Payments page has two tabs:
- Statement: Your full payment history, including upcoming charges and a downloadable record of past transactions.
- Brand payouts: A breakdown of what you've paid out to each Brand partner.

At the top of the Statement tab, three tiles show your current payment status:
- Monthly platform fee: The recurring fee Catalog charges to power your store.
- Next charge: The date and amount of your next scheduled payment.
- Pending charges: Any charges that have been incurred but not yet processed.

The statement table lets you download a CSV of previous transactions. Each row contains:
- Date: The date of the transaction.
- Descriptor: The reason for the charge — either Catalog Fees or what is owed to your Brands.
- Orders: The number of orders included in that charge.
- Total: The total amount charged.
- Payment method: The account charged for that transaction.
- Due date: When the payment is or was due.
- Status: Whether the charge has been paid or is still pending.
- CSV: A download link to export the line-item detail for that charge.
- Download Fee Reconciliation: Select this button above the table to download a consolidated fee reconciliation report, separate from an individual row's CSV export.

Reading the orders CSVReading the orders CSV への直接リンク
This CSV is related to what Catalog charges you to pass on to your Brands and the associated fees. The report contains:
- Order: Your order number in Shopify.
- Order Date: The date the order was placed on your site.
- Brand Order: Order number in the Brand's Shopify.
- Line item type: A breakdown showing how much of the total cost goes to your Brand for shipping and their commission percentage.
- Brand Commission: The agreed-upon commission percentage of the Brand.
- Payment processing fee: 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction for credit card, or 0.4% per transaction for ACH.
- Catalog Transaction Fee: Catalog's commission for powering the order.
