Getting Started with Rokt Catalog
Use these developer resources to get up and running with the Rokt Catalog API.

- Create Account: To create an account on Rokt Catalog, visit catalog.rokt.com/signup. When you're asked to choose your platform, select the API option. (Selecting I already have a Shopify account redirects you to Shopify to link your store instead.) Then choose whether you're signing up as a Partner or a Brand. You need to pick one to get started, and you can register the other role to your account later.
- Log in and complete onboarding: Visit the Rokt Catalog App, confirm that your login credentials work, and complete the onboarding process. If you have any issues, contact roktcatalogsupport@rokt.com.
- Follow the onboarding guide: Follow the onboarding guide for your role (Partner or Brand, linked below) for next steps. Expect the complete onboarding process to take approximately one week.
Once you have login credentials, refer to the guide that matches your role:
If you are adding Rokt Catalog to a Shopify store, install the Rokt Catalog app from the Shopify App Store: the Brand app for Brands, or the Storefront app for Partners. You can complete everything directly from there.

The API isn't the only way to connect. Depending on your platform, you may prefer one of these alternatives:
- Shopify: Install the Rokt Catalog app for Shopify, with no code required.
- WooCommerce: Follow the WooCommerce onboarding guide.
- Web SDK or native SDKs: Rokt offers a lightweight Web SDK and native SDKs for iOS, Android, Flutter, and React Native. These are typically used for advanced integrations where Catalog products appear within the Rokt ecosystem (like Aftersell or Thanks placements).
- Tag managers: You can integrate via Google Tag Manager if your site already uses it.
