Customers who engage with Rokt should always have a positive, trustworthy experience. Trust is essential for all parties and for the healthy functioning of the Rokt ecosystem. As such, all campaigns must adhere to our campaign policies. These policies explain what Rokt considers when evaluating content prior to publication on the Rokt network.
To comply with Rokt’s campaign policies, brands must adhere to requirements across the following seven key areas:

- Editorial requirements
- Prohibited content
- Social & ethical appropriateness
- Compliance with industry codes & regulations

What content does this policy apply to?
This policy applies to all campaign content and communication that brands wish to show to customers, such as campaign creatives, campaign response copy, campaign imagery and logos, disclaimer copy, campaign coupons, email and SMS confirmations, email nurtures, app downloads, calendar invites, and sites or landing pages that are linked to Rokt campaigns.
These policies are only a guide and Rokt reserves the right to exclude content for any reason.
How are campaign creatives rendered?
Your campaign displays on the Rokt network—a collection of well-known websites ready to introduce their customers to your brand, often while their wallet is out making a purchase. Rokt prioritizes a seamless experience, and given each website is unique, you can expect the way in which your campaign appears to vary slightly. In all cases, you can expect your campaign to be presented in full. See the image below for a few examples of how your campaign might appear.
Campaigns may show within a path of multiple offers, depending on bid price and auction.
