Schedule reports
The Rokt Scheduled Reports feature is available for Rokt Ecommerce partners. This feature allows you to select multiple dimensions and metrics, order the columns in your preferred format, and rename the dimensions and metrics based on your preferences. The current release of the feature supports CSV file formats only.
Create a scheduled report
Log in to my.rokt.com.
From the left navigation, go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
Click Get started to create your first report, or select New report for additional reports.
Configure the report Name, Type, and Recipients.
- If relevant, configure the report Currency and Time zone under Advanced options.
Click Next.
Configure the report’s delivery Frequency and Reporting period. For View data for, choose whether you want the report to contain data for specific pages and/or placements or for all activity within the reporting period.
Select the Dimensions for how you would like to break down your data.
Select the Metrics for what you would like to understand about your data.
Preview your report with mock data by clicking Preview CSV.
Click Save.
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email confirming that the configuration was successful.
Your report will be sent in the morning of the time zone you selected in Step 4 and at the frequency you selected in Step 6.
Edit a scheduled report
Log in to my.rokt.com.
From the left navigation, go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
Click the edit icon under "Actions" on the right-hand side.
In Step 1, you may edit the report name and recipients.
In Step 2, you may edit the frequency of the report’s delivery and rename dimensions and metrics.
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email confirming successful edit.
The edited report will replace the previous report and will be sent in the morning at the frequency you selected in Step 5.
Delete a scheduled report
Log in to my.rokt.com.
From the left navigation, go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
Click the delete icon under "Actions" on the right-hand side.
Confirm you wish to delete.
Your report is deleted and you will not receive it by email going forward.
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email confirming successful deletion.
