Rokt can schedule data deliveries to be sent in batches at regular intervals that suit you and your business. We support these scheduled sends via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
You can choose what metadata about the customer, offer, and transaction to include in your batches. This information can help you optimize your site for different audiences.

Only new transactions generated since the last send are included so you don't have to worry about duplicates.
As a security measure, we will soon remove support for FTP, and will continue to support data access via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and FTPS.
All of your data is always accessible on the Rokt platform by going to Transactions > Customer Data > Export. This is useful for when you would like to look at all of your transaction data over a certain timeframe, or if you think you’ve missed something.
If something does go wrong, such as an API failure or an email being deleted, don’t worry! You can always log in to Rokt and download all of your transaction data at any time.
