Upsell pricing
Rokt is offering a three(3) month free trial, valid until August 2023, as part of our launch promotion.
Post-trial pricing terms include a $19 monthly subsription fee and a 1% commission (capped at USD5000) on monthly upsell revenue generated through Rokt.
How to approve charges
By approving your subscription, charges will be automatically added to your monthly Shopify bill. You can do that by navigating to the Upsell page in the Rokt app and clicking ‘See pricing’. Follow the prompts to approve billing.
FAQ
Will I be charged if I am only using 3rd party Confirmation page offers?
No. This pricing scheme only applies to merchants who are using upsells.
When does the free trial begin?
The free trial begins when you click Start free trial on the Upsell page tab in the app.
What happens if the free trial ends but I have not approved billing?
Your upsell offers will be paused until you approve billing.
How can I unsubscribe from upsells?
You can unsubscribe by navigating to Settings then Billing and click Cancel Subscription. You will no longer be charged and your upsell offers will be paused. You can re-subscribe at any time by approving charges again.
