Triple Whale
Triple Whale is a commerce analytics platform. Connecting your Rokt account lets Rokt Ads performance flow into Triple Whale alongside your other channels, so you can review spend, attribution-related metrics, and profitability in one place.

- One Platform access. You need to sign in to One Platform to create a Rokt App ID and App Secret for Triple Whale.
- If you do not have access yet, contact your Rokt account manager and ask to be added as a managed user on your organization’s One Platform account. You cannot finish the Triple Whale connection until that access is in place.
Generate API credentials in RoktLien direct vers Generate API credentials in Rokt
If you do not already have a credential pair, create one in One Platform:
- Sign in to One Platform at my.rokt.com.
- Open Profile Settings: click your account icon (bottom left), then choose Profile Settings.
- Scroll to Generate Personal API Credentials.
- Enter an application name (for example,
Triple Whale) and click Generate. - Copy the App ID and App Secret immediately.
You will not be able to view the App Secret again after you leave this step. Store it in a secure location (for example, your password manager). Do not commit secrets to source control.

- In Triple Whale, go to Data → Integrations.
- Find Rokt and click Connect.
- Complete Triple Whale’s in-product steps. When prompted, enter the App ID and App Secret you generated in Rokt (see above).

Rokt configures click-through URLs with the following query string for Triple Whale. Contact your Rokt account manager to have these parameters applied; they are set on the Rokt side to match your account and Triple Whale’s requirements.

When you add these parameters to a URL that already has query parameters, concatenate them (typically with &) and do not remove existing parameters unless your Rokt account team instructs you otherwise.

After the connection is active, Rokt data imports into Triple Whale. Depending on your Triple Whale workspace, you may see Rokt reflected in places such as:
- The Summary dashboard for headline metrics
- Net profit calculations that include Rokt spend
- Blended ad spend where Triple Whale rolls up paid channels

With Rokt connected, Triple Whale exposes additional Rokt-specific reporting (for example, dashboards such as Pixel Rokt in their UI). Use those views together with your Rokt account team to interpret performance and refine your paid strategy.
