You can view metrics for your calendars and subscribers in the Merchant Center. The Merchant Center offers three main places to review performance, the Dashboard, Analytics tab, and Calendar Review page.
At the top of your screen you will find three columns (Subscribers, Calendars, and Reminders Sent) that provide an overview of your total subscribers, calendars, and reminders sent for your calendar events. If you want to learn more about a particular metric, for example total subscribers, you can click into the column. You can also adjust the date range used to measure your calendar activity. Options include today, yesterday, last 7 days, this month, all time, and custom.
Below this section outlines your calendar performance, specifically calling out Subscribers, New Subscribers, Unsubscribes, and Reminders Sent. The Top Calendars and Sources sections provide further insights to help to get an understanding of how your calendars are performing.
The Engagement section contains a dynamic graph of the percentage engagement that each individual calendar receives over a period of time. You can filter to an individual calendar, although the default is All Calendars.
From the Results Filter section, you can filter by attributes of a calendar (Calendar, Tag, Timezone, and Event).
The Subscribers section in Analytics also displays a dynamic graph of subscriber metrics including new subscribers, unsubscribes, and total reminders sent.
The Engagement section is where you can filter to individual attributes of a subscriber (cable provider, calendar, country, device, referrals, reminders, source, subscription type, UTM campaign, UTM source, UTM Source/UTM Medium, ZIP code).
You can view individual reporting metrics for each of your published calendars from the Calendars tab.
