As an alternative to connecting via a real-time transactions data API, or conducting a manual export of data from the Rokt platform, Rokt can schedule delivery of transaction files to you through the Rokt Secure FTP. If you don't have access to the SFTP yet, please reach out to your account manager to have access provided to you, and refer to the instructions below for getting setup.
To begin setting up a Rokt-hosted SFTP, Rokt requires the following pieces of information:
- Delivery Frequency which specifies how often and at what times transactions will be uploaded into the SFTP server.
- Required parameters (most common being email, first name, last name, source, state - please see this table for all attributes Rokt can send you).
