File Transfer Protocol (FTP) connections allow you to automate your referral deliveries and require little effort to set up. All you need are your FTP credentials and you’re ready to go!
FTP connections will routinely send you an email with a
.csv file containing all of your new referrals with the data you want, when you want it.
Setting up an FTP Connection
Navigate to the correct account in One Platform.
Click on 'Connections' in the bottom left menu.
Click on Add connection.
Click on 'FTP' tile under Referrals.
Select the campaign and template for this connection, then give your connection a name.
Enter directory and file name.
Enter your FTP server host details and port.
Select your desired FTP method.
Enter username and password OR username and upload your key file.
Select your schedule and click 'Save'.
- Your connection has been created.
Disabling an FTP Connection
Go to the Scheduled referral connection screen.
Click on the disable icon.
Your email connection is disabled.
You can reverse these steps to enable your connection.
