Custom Field Management
This is article aims to inform you on how to setup custom fields for Referrals, Transactions and Unsubscribes.
Instructions
To create a custom field for Referrals you will need to:
- Go to the 'Referrals' section under "Customer & Data",
- Click on "Customize fields",
- Select a field to transform,
- Type in the name for your custom field,
- Select "Equal" or "Contains" condition,
- Type in your mapping value,
- Select the default value for empty results,
- Select the default value in case no match is found,
- Click "Save".
To create custom fields for "Transactions" or "Unsubscribes" proceed with the same steps as above but starting from these respective deliverables landing pages.
