An existing referral creative can only be edited if the creative is either in Pending status (has not yet been approved by Rokt Operations), or if it is in a Disapproved status (i.e., Rokt Operations has reviewed and rejected the creative already).
Note: For optimization purposes, Rokt does not allow editing referral creatives after the creative has been approved. If you need to edit a referral creative that has already been approved, you will need to author a Creative.
On the Campaign List page, click on the campaign that contains the creative you want to edit.
Click on the "Referral Creatives" tab.
Identify the creative that you want to edit, click on the 3-dot icon and then on "Edit".
The creative wizard will appear. Edit what you want to change.
Hit ‘Save’ to save the revised creative. The creative wizard will close, and the creative will be updated. The updated creative will be re-submitted to Rokt Operations for approval.
