Before you begin
It is better practice to apply the agency commission to your account as the first measure to ensure all your amounts are considered inclusive of commission.
Request Financial Responsibility
- Go to the billing setup screen of the child account.
- Click on "Billing setup".
- Click on "Assign billing responsibility to another account".
- Enter the billing details of the parent account (details must be exactly matching).
- Click on "Assign".
- Financial responsibility has been requested.
Accept Financial Responsibility
- Go to the parent account billing setup screen.
- To accept commission click on "Accept".
- Click on 'Accept' to confirm that you will accept financial responsibility".
- Financial responsibility has been accepted for this account.
