NO_OFFERS#

NO_OFFERS: = "NO_OFFERS"

No offers available for any placement on a page.

Depending on a partner's use case, lack of offers may or may not be considered an error. Some partners may display placements that are an integral part of a displayed page while other may consider placements optional.

In some cases, lack of offers hinders the main purpose of the page, and the partner should choose how to handle the situation, for example by moving to the next page in the transaction journey.

In most cases, the error can be disregarded. Rokt handles lack of offers by either not showing a placement or displaying a fallback message.

NO_PLACEMENTS#

NO_PLACEMENTS: = "NO_PLACEMENTS"

No placements available for a page.

In many cases, the error can be disregarded. There may be valid reasons why placements are not displayed, for example, the placement reaching a frequency cap.

PLACEMENT_NOT_ATTACHED: = "PLACEMENT_NOT_ATTACHED"

Raised when Rokt could not attach placement to element.

There could be a number of reasons:

  • Target selector was not provided
  • Target selector did not find any matching element
  • Error thrown

Errors may relate to the selector starting with a number or containing special characters that require escaping.
